Beef Bourguignon!
Ok so Deryn gives me the Julia/Julie novel to read as I haven't seen the movie yet. So I start reading and realise I NEED to make BEEF BOURGUIGNON as I don't know what it is and I think I should know what it is at my age! Off to New World to find some meat and they actually had a very nice piece of beef that I was able to go home and make Beef Bourguignon - beef stew! It was a success with everyone liking it and me enjoying the moment. Now back to the book. Ingredients One...
